The focus of the day were two shutterspots that have been outstanding (yes, I know I haven’t logged National League Baseball #2 yet, but I need to wait until the spring for that one) down this way. This was supposed to be the first one up, but it was still dark when I hit the city, so continued to the Building Bridges spot. On the way back to this one, I visited the Washington Monument. I had never gone to the observation deck, so it was a good opportunity to do so.
Afterwards, I snaked over here. This brought me to a part of the city I am pretty certain I have never visited previously.
Once in the area, I recognized where I wanted to go immediately. I positioned myself to get to the correct side. I am not posting photographs as with just my crappy cache camera today, I was not able to get a shot without compromising the spot. I think future seekers/finders shoudn’t have that clue.
