My children were not recorded expressing their displeasure with the loud noise.  That, however, does not remove the loud noise.  It was present.

I am not certain what construction has to do with this.  I am not familiar making any such analogy.

I had nothing to do with Ms. Post&#039;s presentation to the City Commission other than recording it . . . as did at least two others.  I recorded several other components of that meeting too . . . it&#039;s what I do.</description>

However, every video I have seen through your posts or Ms Post&#039;s have not been near comparison.  And, as mentioned previously, no decibel meter videos ever show a baseline (i.e. what the level is without the cars/motorbikes running).</description>
