OK. I give. When I first saw that, I thought I was looking at the sail of a submarine, but that thought was quickly quashed when I saw how close to shore it was. Is that just a sea stack?

I should have identified this. This is what is left of the S.S. Atlantus. It is a concrete ship built during WWI. It broke away during a storm in 1926 and has been there ever since.
The jetty you see for a brief moment is where I first fished as a boy. I didn’t catch anything. My mother took me out with my new Zebco rod and reel.
Later we used to swim out here. Later still saw this as a party spot.
Folks hunt Cape May Diamonds here. I remember when they could actually be found. I haven’t seen them naturally in decades. My wife did get her first diamond from me here though.
