Live Music Is Better
Live music is better

Neil Young’s words are so true. I’ve always been amazed with live music. I suspect my first live album was Frampton’s Comes Alive. But as soon as I began seeing bands live, studio albums quickly fell out of favor (Well, maybe that is overstating it a bit). There is nothing like live music.
A couple years ago, Gert gave me an iPod for Christmas. I have tried to work through the CD collection in the basement gathering dust. I go in spurts. But Silver is usually loaded with live music, specifically Grateful Dead.
I have sought a service to chronicle what I listen to, but haven’t really come up with what I want. I use last.fm, but it doesn’t track the shows. Rather it’ll list an album each song played is from. I figure I can do a better job of this than that. We’ll see how well this goes.
