Thanks to the New Jersey Motorsports Park, Millville youngsters were treated to the roar of engines as they enjoyed Halloween today. The whooshing of the engines was so loud that children and parents commented about it.
It does not matter what the ordinance is, the sound from the track is too loud!
The Rocketboom clan headed south in search of Mrs. Leed’s 13th child. They were in my playground, although I am not certain they found the real Jersey Devil.

Yes, I am biased, but Cinderella was the cutest trick-or-treater out on Halloween.
Fritz missed the festivities as he was at the doctor’s office being diagnosed with an ear infection. Gert held his hand as Beetle and I hit the welfare trail in search of sugar.
As the sun set and the scary houses broke out the coffins, werewolves, and other creatures of the night, Little One turned to me and said, “I don’t want to be scared, Daddy.” Precious.
We all met up for the annual spooky dinner at a friend’s house. Good times!
